The World Weightlifting Championship wants as many people as possible to be involved in the championship and the journey leading up to the event in October 2025. We will do our best to share information with the press and media.

Administration manager
The World Championship is owned by the Norwegian Weightlifting Federation, AK Bjørgvin, Førde IL, and Tambarskjelvar IL. The event will largely be based on volunteer work, which will be compensated through the distribution of equipment and financial surplus. Additionally, the organization has an administration team working on the planning and marketing of the 2025 World Championship.
